We collect: email address, name, phone number (optional), property search preferences, and property details submitted through our forms. For agencies, we collect business information including company name, contact details, and pricing data.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data to: (a) match tenants with rental agencies, (b) enable landlords to compare and contact agencies, (c) provide agencies with qualified leads, (d) process payments, and (e) send transactional emails.
4. Data Sharing
Contact details of tenants and landlords are shared only with agencies that have purchased the corresponding lead through our platform. We do not sell data to third parties.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@arrentios.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) which do not require consent. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which is GDPR-compliant and does not set tracking cookies.
